As well as the groups of countries/economies that participate in the international engineering agreements there are also a number of regional or international groupings of national engineering bodies. These exist for the purposes of sharing good practice, and promoting the engineering profession globally.
Such organisations include:
- World Federation of Engineering Organisations (WFEO)
- Federation of Engineering Institutions of Asia and the Pacific (FEIAP)
- Commonwealth Engineers' Council (CEC)
